Set up of the dealer account to use Galaxy Concierge Service requires a one-time activation fee of $1000.00. This fee is nonrefundable.

Cloud Concierge licensing is based on a monthly fee per reader regardless of the # of sites the Dealer installs. Pricing plans vary from individual readers (AC1), 50 reader pack (AC2), and 100 reader pack (AC3). Pricing for the packs purchased for the first 100 readers does not decrease as readers are added to total. Readers 101+ are invoiced @ AC3 pricing ($5/reader/mo) no matter which package was purchased for the first 100 readers.

Examples for a 200 reader system:

Example 1:

Dealer does not wish to commit to purchasing multi-reader packs. The Dealer opts to purchase individual reader licensing using AC1 as needed. Readers 1-50 are billed at $10/reader/month. Readers 51-100 are billed at $7/reader/month. Readers 101+ are billed at $5/reader/month. As the reader count reaches the next level (AC2 51-100, AC3 101+), the cost per reader drops accordingly. This eliminates the need of purchasing multi-reader packs up front to realize cost savings.
1-50 @ $10 = $500
51-100 @ $7 = $350
101-200 @ $5 = $500
Total for 200 Readers $1350/mo

Example 2:

Dealer starts by purchasing (1) AC2 - 50 reader pack at $7/reader/mo. Individual readers may be added (51-100) at $7/reader/mo.
Readers 101+ are added @$5/reader/mo.
AC2 1-50 @ $7 = $350
51-100 @ $7 = $350
101-200 @ $5 = $500
Total for 200 Readers $1200/mo

Example 3:

Dealer wisely purchases (1) AC3 100 reader pack at $5/reader/month. Readers 101+ are added at $5/reader/mo
AC3 1-100 @ $5 = $500/mo
101-200 @ $5 = $500/mo
Total for 200 Readers $1000/mo
Example 1 ($1350) - Example 3 ($1000) = $350/mo x 12mos = $4200/yr
